Inadequately insulated live wires at the bottom of the product can be touched. Cross-section of mains has only 0.3 mm² (standard stipulates 0.75 mm²). High-voltage test failed. Incorrect lamp fitting E 10 (permitted up to 60 volts only). Air gap and creep distance at lamp fitting has only 0.4 mm (min. 3.6 mm required). Instructions are available only in English. None of the markings prescribed in the standard are present.The product does not comply with the LVD Directive and the European Standard.
