The product does not meet the safety requirements and presents risk of electric shock because: the earth terminal is missing, the part of the resistance that is going to be connected to the terminals is not covered with a nonconducting material in order to prevent the passage or leakage of electricity and there is the possibility to come into contact the electric resistance and the metal enclosure of the product.
