⚠️ Risk

Due to various safety hazards presented by the product, it is extremely dangerous to operate and is likely to cause injury to the rider and to any other persons in the vicinity of the machine. In particular, it poses a risk of catching body parts/clothing in moving chain/sprocket, burns from exhaust and inhalation and/or fire from vapours from the fuel tank because:-the drive chain and sprocket are not sufficiently guarded– frontal chain guard that is fitted is insufficient and also has sharp edges;-the exhaust is insufficiently shielded posing a risk of burns;-there is no speed-limiting device or a re-set on the engine stop;-the way the fuel tank is vented causes the rider to inhale petrol fumes and poses a potential fire hazard if the rider of anyone nearby is smoking near the tank cap during the venting process;-there is a risk of fouling fuel supply pipe;-the rear brake assembly is not correctly secured and locked together.
