⚠️ Risk

The use of the product is extremely dangerous posing a risk of injury for the rider or other persons in the vicinity of the product. The product is not in compliance with the Machinery Directive and the relevant standards:-there are sharp edges all over the bike;-the guards over the moving and hot parts are insufficient, posing a risk that the rider will come into contact with these parts; the material of the guard poses an additional risk of cutting the rider;-there is a danger that the rider will burn his/her foot if it comes into contact with the exhaust manifold at temperatures above 140°C;-there is a danger that the rider’s hands will get trapped since the handlebars have no steering stop;-the end of the petrol pipe passes over the engine without any protection posing a risk of overheating, which may cause a fire;the pipe is non-standardised for carrying petrol, which means there is a danger that petrol will leak onto the hot areas;-the design of the brake calliper prevents the engine from functioning properly by obstructing the gear;if the gear is forced the disc becomes red and deformed within a few meters and temperature of a touchable surfaces reaches 200 °C;-the levers have little mechanical resistance and the cables get stuck when the handlebars are turned; there is no steering stop;-the materials have low mechanical resistance and the means of signalling are not long-lasting;- the noise level is excessive;-the warning information is incomplete and not given in Spanish, there is nor Spanish instruction manual, neither necessary markings.
