The product poses a risk of lung damage for children in case lamp oil is swallowed and ingested.Contrary to the requirements of the relevant European standard EN 14059:- the product overturns when both empty and full although decorative oil lamps should not overturn when placed on a platform inclined at 20°;- the product is not fitted with a wick guard or cover although decorative oil lamps should be fitted with a wick guard that does not become detached, break or crack during testing to prevent access to the wick by small children;- in addition, the design of the lamp does not prevent the wick being contacted by the test probe.
