The use of this machine is dangerous because:- the engine drive chain and rear sprocket are insufficiently guarded;- the fuel is vented via the filler cap directly in front of the rider which has health, machine control and fire hazard implications;- there are three extremely sharp-pointed plastic parts on the fairing and windshield facing the rider;- the steering mechanism excessively fouls the engine’s coolant pipe; should this fail whilst the machine was being ridden, very hot water may be sprayed onto the rider; -when inverting the machine, an amount of fuel leaks from the vent;- there is no speed limiting device;- the handlebar levers are not ball ended and the outer handlebars are misaligned;- the engine stop has no additional action to reset and the throttle control does not self-close; - no user manual is supplied with the machine.
