The product was labelled as not suitable for children under 3 years because of small parts, however, in the opinion of the British authority, the product is only intended for children that are under 3 years of age. Therefore, the product did not comply with the requirements of the Toys standard because small elements (small red nose cone, black chimney, one wheel and one wheel with axle) were detached during the tension test and they fitted within the small parts cylinder. Children may put small elements into mouth and choke.This product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
