The control unit of the rotating antenna has grey plastic cover. The rotating unit can be connected to it with an (approximately) 10 m coaxial cable. The UHF and VHF antenna consisting of aluminium elements is fixed to the rotating part. Main parts of the device: mains plug with inscription "6A; 250V"; mains cable with inscription "RVVB PVC INSULATED ELECTRIC WIRE 300/300V"; control unit panel with inscriptions "liaoxxinhua@21cn.com DYB-1 HS-913"; mains supply transformer without inscriptions; switch with inscription "LIDA KC 9988 250V 3A AC". Technical specifications: 220-230 V~; 50 Hz; 3 W; Class II (by appearance).
