The product poses a serious risk of choking because: - the tongue of the snake and the segmented end of the tail/individual segments of the end of the tail can be torn off very easily before and after soaking, - the tongue and the entire end of the tail fit into the small parts test cylinder,- the soaking tests showed that the toy and the individual parts which can be torn off become approximately 150% bigger when soaked in water.The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN-71.
