The product poses a chemical risk because:- the valve contains 14,0 % by weight of di-isononyl-phthalate (DINP),- the black handles contain 7,34 percentage by weight of di-isononyl-phthalate (DINP),- the green plastic foil with printing contains 24,2 percentage by weight of di-isononyl-phthalate (DINP). According to Directive 2005/84/ECphthalates shall not be used in toys and products designed for a child in concentration higher than of 0,1 % by weight. During a play, a direct contact of child skin with the toy is assumed. The product poses a serious risk for health of a child. This product does not comply with the Chemicals Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
