The product poses a serious risk of:- choking because sound-emitting device of the toy was detached in the tension test. The item represent small parts and fit entirely into the small parts cylinder thus it can be swallowed or inhaled by children, thus causing choking.- chemical because it contains 38,7 % by weight of di-isononyl-phthalate (DINP). According to the Chemicals Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC certain phthalates shall not be used in toys in concentration higher than of 0,1 % by weight. The product poses a serious risk for health of a child.The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN-71.
