The product poses a risk of:- choking because small parts can be easily detached on the application of 90N tensile force, presenting a choking hazard; - injuries due to sharp points on the loop attaching the bell to the cord when the bell became detached.The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71-1.One incident has been reported.

A toy consisting of wooden beads, rods and other shapes connected using red cord to form a tetrahedron. A metal bell is also attached to one of the corner beads using the red cord. The attached label is marked inter alia, “Dazzle Rattle” and “Age from 6 months”.
