The product poses a risk of electric shock because :(i) Model Class I :- the creepage and clearance distances are too short on the power supply : Primary foil– Secondary foil = 1.7mm (min. req. 5.0mm), Primary foil – Earth foil = 1.3mm (min. req. 2.5mm).- Class II plug connected to Class I outlet without safety earth wire in theCable.(ii) Model Class II :- the creepage and clearance distances are too short on the power supply: Primary foil – Secondary foil= 1.2mm (min. req. 5.0mm), Primary – Chassis = 0.2mm (min. req. 5.0mm) (between capacitor CX2 – chassis).- electrical strength test Pri-Chassis / 3000V (Failed at 600V).The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standards EN 60950 and EN 60065.
