The product poses a risk of sunburn after sun exposure because it does not provide protection against solar radiation and therefore represents a health risk for the consumer. Consumers relying on the indicated protection factor would be exposing themselves to both an acute risk of sunburn and the long-term consequences of excessive exposure to sunlight, such as immunosuppression (especially in children), dry skin, keratosis and, in the worst case, skin cancer. The measured SPF (sun protection factor indicators) value of 3.6 does not meet the SPF factor declared on the label (25).The product does not comply with the Cosmetic Directive 76/768/EEC and Commission recommendation 2006/647/EC.

On the packaging there is the sticker with the following information: “Product name; Made in India; the name and the address of the importer, EAN, date of manufacturing, ingredients, volume 120g, guide for use”.
