The product poses a risk of electric shock because: - the construction of the converter does not comply with the requirements for distance between primary and secondary windings for reinforced insulation, - capacitors in primary circuits do not comply with the requirements, - the length of conductors enables by-passing of double insulation in case of connector release and the possibility of the presence of mains voltage on exit connectors, - the products do not pass the tensile test for double insulation between the cover and mains plugs. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the European Standard EN 60950, EN 61000, EN 55022 and EN 55024.
