⚠️ Risk

The product poses a health risk to consumers, and particularly children, having skin contact or swallowing nicotine soaked cartridges. According to CHIP 2002 (1999/45/EC), preparations containing nicotine should be marked "Highly Toxic", "Toxic", or "Harmful" if they contain at least 0.1% nicotine, and must be accompanied by safety phrases such as "Toxic if in contact with skin or swallowed". Whilst this product has been sent for analysis and test results are awaited, the declarations of nicotine content on the product itself claim nominal 18 mg content for even the medium strength cartridge. On this basis, as regards CHIP 2002, the product would be placed in at least the TOXIC category and would require numerous warnings concerning risks, tactile warnings and possibly, for the higher strength cartridges, child-resistant packaging, all of which are absent. In addition to this, the product has no specific warnings about the dangers posed to users, maximum dosage, or any information about the potential danger to children from using the product.
