The product poses a risk of (i) injuries because:- there are gaps more than 5mm and less than 12mm wide which may lead to finger entrapment, - the angle between the back and the seat of the pushchair is less than 100°, - the conveyance does not remain stationary on a slope,- the hood has moving parts which can be closed to less than 12mm,(ii) suffocation, because two of the plastic bags supplied with the article have an opening perimeter greater than 380mm and an average thickness of less than 0.038 mm.The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 1888.
