The product poses a risk of electric shock because: - the construction of the converter does not comply with the requirements for safe separation of a primary winding from a secondary winding, - the length of the conductors enables by-passing of double insulation in the case of connector release and a possibility of presence of mains voltage on the exit connector, - parameters of the mains plugs do not comply with the requirements of the standard, - the product did not pass the voltage test between the output connector and the mains plug even for basic insulation.
