⚠️ Risk

The products pose a risk of choking because although not foodstuffs, their shape, colour, appearance and size is such that it is likely that consumers, especially children, will confuse them with foodstuffs and in consequence, place them in their mouth or suck or ingest them, which might be dangerous and cause choking. The small hearts fit into the small parts cylinder and, in combination with the fact that they are very sticky, pose a serious risk of choking. In addition, the larger shapes can be easily torn and create small parts that also fit into the small parts cylinder. The products do not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than what they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
