The product poses a risk of choking because, the form, colour and appearance of the product is such that it is likely that children will confuse it with a foodstuff and consequently place the product in the mouth. Due to the consistency of the products (soap) small children can easily bite them and detach small parts which can be swallowed, posing a risk of choking.The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
