The product poses a:- chemical risk, because the suction cups material contains 2.2% of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), 22% di-“isononyl” phthalate (DINP), 3.2% di-“isodecyl” phthalate (DIDP);- risk of damage to sight, because the suction cups can become loose, thus becoming rigid projectiles without resilient impact surfaces.According to the REACH Regulation, phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited when the toy can be placed in the mouth by children. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.
