The product poses a risk of injuries, choking and a chemical risk because:- there are openings accessible for a child, which pose a risk of entrapment of fingers between the side construction of the child wheeled conveyance and the handgrip;- in the accessible zone of a child there are detachable small parts – snap-hooks;- the plastic foil of the front grab handle contains 1.323% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP).According to the REACH Regulation, phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited when the toy or childcare article can be placed in the mouth by children.The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 1888.
