The product poses a chemical risk because, in view of the particularly attractive appearance of the packaging, the probability of inappropriate exposure to this product (primarily ingestion) is increased. The container, which makes the product appear to be a toy or doll and gives it a fun appearance, conveys a message that the risk associated with the product is minimal and draws attention away from the content of the product and the general precautions for its use. The detergent contains dangerous substances, in particular Sodium Laureth sulfate and Cocamidopropyl betaine, which in the concentration present in the product are irritant to eyes. In addition, it contains limonene, substance which can cause allergic reactions and which implies obligation of warning on the label.

The smooth white plastic container is made to resemble a muscular man. There is a green/yellow dispensing nozzle (open/close) on the man’s head. On the front, under the man’s crossed arms, is a yellow sticker bearing the words “Super concentrato PIATTI” in red. On the back is a white sticker bearing the following text: ‘Super piatti’ contains (Detergents Regulation 648/2004/EC): anionic surfactants, <5%; amphoteric surfactants. Other ingredients: fragrance (Limonene), preservatives (Metthylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, 2-Bromo 2-Nitrpropane- 1,3 diol.
