null The products pose a risk of choking because their form, appearance and colour are such that it is likely that children will confuse them with a foodstuff and consequently ingest them. During normal handling, the "sweets", particularly the heart-shaped sweet, can break producing parts small enough to be swallowed (1.2 x 2.7 cm 1.9 x 3.2 cm).The product does not comply the Directive 87/357/EEC concerning products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.

The samples consist of three slim rods tied together, each with an element shaped like a piece of confectionery on the end, as follows: 1. Heart sweet (half pale pink, half cream) with red tips (2.5 cm – 5.5 cm wide by 5.3 cm high) 2. Chocolate-coloured heart sweet (2.5 cm – 5.6 cm wide by 5
