null The moulded lugs which secure the upper level to the lower level do not properly locate into the base. When the upper platform is loaded off centre, there is a risk of the lugs becoming separated from the base causing the upper level to topple over.One incident reported.

Step stool. Three spring-loaded wheels allow it to glide over the floor, yet sit down firmly on rubber stops when load is applied. Affects goods delivered since 18/08/2010.
