null 1) The product poses a chemical risk because the orange fish contains up to 2.5% di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP). The fish also contain up to 29 % diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP). According to the REACH Regulation, the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.2) The product poses an environmental risk (chemical pollution) because the fish contains up to 7.1% short chain chlorinated paraffin (SCCP). The product does not comply with the Commission Regulation 519/2012 on persistent organic pollutants (POP Regulation). The product poses an environmental risk (chemical pollution) because the PVC packaging contains up to 425 mg/kg of cadmium. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation 1907/2006.
