null The cross sectional area of the core of the wires is insufficient: in case of a short circuit the wires may overheat. Live parts can be touched when connecting the mains lead since the dimensions of the flat plug are not suitable. The protective cover for the LEDs can be removed by hand leaving live parts accessible.
