The product poses a chemical risk because:- the valve contains 0,20 % by weight of di-isononyl phthalate (DINP),- the pink plastic foil contains 11,5 % by weight of di-isononyl phthalate (DINP).According to Directive 2005/84/EC phthalates shall not be used in the toys and the products designed for a care for a child in concentration higher than of 0,1 % by weight. The product poses a serious risk for the health of a child.

Inflatable swim ring with diameter of 64 cm with affixed head, paddles and tail, printed eyes, nose and mouth, packed in a transparent bag with inserted paper. The latter contains a picture of two models of the product (a pink seadog and a blue dolphin), its name, size and logo Bestway in the front, an user manual, warnings in various languages and marking of target age category of children on the back. A sticker with information in Slovak language is attached, too.
