The product poses a risk of electric shock and injury because:- Insufficient resistance of the polystyrene cover of the hole in the base can not prevent the consumer from touching the live parts.- The requirements for accessible internal wiring on double/reinforced insulation are not met.- The internal wiring is not protected against abrasion in the sharp edges of opening.- The insulation lining in a lampholder is not in compliance with the safety requirements for replacement of the lamp.- The stability of the luminaire is inadequate.- The supply cord is secured by knotting the cord.This product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European Standard EN 60598.
