Given the appearance of the product, its intended use is not obvious. First, it can be considered as child-appealing. Second, it can accidentally ignite, for example in a pocket, or the flame surprise and burn an unsuspected adult. The lighter therefore presents an unacceptable risk of burning injury to users. There are no instructions attached to the product in Hungarian. The product complies with the definition of a novelty lighter in the European standard EN 13869.
