Expanding toys (or expanding components of toys) which fit within the small parts cylinder shall not expand by more than 50% in any direction. All parts removed that fitted entirely within the small parts cylinder expanded by more than 160%.This product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
