The product poses a serious risk of injuries because when the chair has been in use the rubber stopper which holds each chrome bar in place (when folded) is moving and therefore when somebody sits on the chair the chrome bar is slipping away from the rubber joint causing the chair to collapse.One accident causing back injury has been reported.
