This product poses a risk of fire and electric shock because:- the reel is not fitted with threaded terminals for external copper conductors,- the reel is not fitted with a flexible cable in accordance with HD 21 0 HD 22 and is lighter than a flexible PVC-coated cable,– the minimum dimensions of the cable are 0.40 mm2, less than 0.75 mm2,– the ends of the conductors are consolidated using soft solder,– the reel has no cable fastening to ensure that the conductors do not suffer tension or twisting,– the reel is not designed to protect the flexible cable,– the reel does not permit for easy connection of the conductors to the terminals,– as the conductors are not fixed, the creepage and clearance distances may be reduced,– the power intake plug does not comply with Standard UNE 20-315,– the maximum permitted heating values are exceeded (by more than 25 K),– it did not pass the ball pressure test. This product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 61242.
