The product poses a serious risk of:- burns because the average rate of spread of flame of the cap of the costume is 17.5 mm/s, while the maximum rate permitted is 10 mm/s;- choking because the foam in the cap is accessible from the inside of the same and pieces easily become detached, producing small parts which fits into the small parts cylinder. Pieces of the imitation leather belt, the red feather in the cap broke and the rivets on the front of the shirt also become detached easily, producing small parts which fit into the small parts cylinder;- suffocation because the thickness of the bag, which has an opening perimeter greater than 380 mm, is 0.035+/-0.005 mm.The toy does not comply with the Toys Directive and the European standard EN 71-1.
