The product poses a risk of:1. fire because :- Fuel pipe not connected at carburettor and could not be connected without modification, - small hole within fuel tank, - fuel tank not secured to frame, - fuel leakage,2. injuries because :- the stop switch does not work, - no vehicle disabling device, - no chain guard, - instability of front forks, - no sideway retaining plate on drive sprocket, causing sprocket and chain to fall off. The product does not comply with the Machinery Directive.
