The product poses a risk of electric shock because: - the switch is easy to remove by hand from its mounting hole and therefore live terminals of the switch are accessible from the outside of the cabinet. In case the switch is in its position, it is possible to access the live terminals of the switch during lamp replacement, - the luminaire-parts are fitted with two appliance inlets. Live pins of the appliance inlet are accessible with the test finger during lamp replacement,- the conductors used for connection of the mains connector are also connected to a terminal block but the conductors at the terminal block are not properly attached because live parts of the conductors are accessible with the test finger, - the live parts of the mains connector are accessible with the test finger when it has been removed from the appliance inlet. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
