Consumers, especially small children, may confuse it with food, put it into the mouth and swallow. The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.

The sample called "Cookie auto" is in the form of a biscuit with icing, in the shape of a car, 8.0 x 5.2 cm in size, with parts of about 2 cm with a thickness of 1.3 cm, which are capable of being bitten off. Each sample bears a label with the following text: "0835309 – Cookie Auto".
