Live parts of the product can therefore become accessible to the user and, if touched, could cause the user to receive an electric shock. The cable insulation is of PVC, which is not permitted for outdoor lamps. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
